While attending ASU, I began to regularly practice yoga. It was yoga that made me appreciate the connection between the health of our body and mind. It was also during this time that I received my first massage which had a powerful impact on my mental and physical health. I wanted to learn more about how the human body works after that experience. I pursued the study of Massage Therapy at CCC&TI in Hudson, NC where I gained an even greater respect for the way our bodies work. I am passionate about helping people feel their best. I have continued my education in Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy because I have found these modalities to be beneficial for improving the harmony in our bodies. I am delighted to practice massage in the community I love.
