"I graduated from New York University with a degree in Economics and then went on the spend the following three years working in investment banking in NYC. While I learned so much during that time, I never felt completely fulfilled. I knew that my real purpose was to help others struggling with health issues since I had spent so many years in the same position myself.
I decided to go back to school to receive my certificate in Holistic Health Coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I learned from some of the world's top health and wellness experts, including:
- Walter Willett, MD, DrPH, Chair of Nutrition Department at Harvard’s School of Public Health
- Andrew Weil, MD, Bestselling Author, Expert on Integrative Medicine & Mind-Body Interactions
- Mark Hyman, MD, Founder and Medical Director of The UltraWellness Center
.. and many others!
I then went on to complete my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Jacqueline Chiodo in Montezuma, Costa Rica, where I studied Raja Yoga, which is the yoga path of self-discipline."
